Synopsis Markus, a workshop operator and volunteer fireman, lives together with his wife, Ella, a housewife and member of the local Parish choir, in a small village of less than two hundred residents on the outskirts of Berlin. Having being together since childhood, with one child and cruising their thirties, in the eyes of the neighbours their relationship seems rock-solid. However, the whole situation unexpectedly takes a dramatic turn when Markus goes on a work trip to join other firemen to attend a brigade meeting in the city. After a very enjoyable night of fraternization in which alcohol flows freely, he wakes up in another woman’s apartment unable to remember how he landed there. He immediately starts asking questions to find out what happened the previous night, which will lead him to a girl named Rose.
