Moviemaker magazine, with a circulation of over 35.000 copies has included FICX among the 50 Film Festivals worth the entry fee in the world. This is, Gijón is one of the Festivals that the magazine has considered the most valuable for filmmakers to submit their films for participation.

The list of festivals qualified by the magazine has been selected following a variety of artistic and commercial criteria, including competitions, pitching sessions, industry activities, Academy qualification, etc. This is, those assets that may help an independent film get difussion and international impact.
