Synopsis

Based on the story Friends, by the well-known German author Helme Heine, Friends Forever is a film about friendship and the importance of sincerity. Would-be actor, Johnny Mauser the mouse, is constantly rejected at the auditions he attends. Disappointed, he wanders until he arrives at a farm. He soon becomes the most popular figure in the barnyard, playing the role of the hero in his pirate stories, and dethroning the rooster Franz. One day a hungry wolf carries off Cloud the lamb, meaning to eat her. Waldemar the pig and Franz set off to rescue her, taking Johnny along. Johnny must prove whether he is really a hero, or if he has been leading them on. On their adventures, they will realize that there is strength in sticking together
