Synopsis The inhabitants of Villa 21, a quarter of Buenos Aires, decide to take advantage of their miserly situation: why hire actors to play poor people when you can have them for real? That way, led by Julio Arrieta, they found an independent film production company which casts alcoholics, drug addicts, delinquents, and set decorators capable of pulling up a house in three minutes. Villa 21 then becomes a studio set which Alan Parker visits in search of locations for his film Evita.
