Synopsis Charleen is about to turn sixteen and sees everything black, black, black. Kurt Cobain fan, pessimistic and obsessed with death, one day she gets fed up and decides to end it all. Luckily, she fails. But from that moment on, things start to change. A worried mother, a best friend who doesn’t understand her, a psychotherapist who looks like a dangerous lunatic, a rocker father that abandons her, a class full of idiots, the school freak who falls for her and maybe is not as much of a freak as it seems ... Everything seems to plot to wean Charleen’s teen angst, to show her that life is worth living ... and may even be more fun than death. Amazing debut feature from director Mark Monheim, hailed in his country as the teen comedy of the year.

Suggested age: +14
